Our Water, Our Future

Grades: 4th - 5th

Welcome to Our Water, Our Future, a three-part water education program for 4th-5th grade students, addressing nature’s and urban water cycles, Tucson's water supply, water use, and water conservation. Students complete a pre-visit lesson including a video and then participate in an interactive one-hour presentation conducted in the classroom. After the presentation, each student receives an in-depth Our Water, Our Future Learning Guide filled with engaging activities and video links to reinforce newly acquired learning. The presentation and related lessons are aligned with ADE standards. Our Water, Our Future is sponsored by Tucson Water and offered free of charge to Tucson-area schools.

For additional information about the Our Water, Our Future program for 4th-5th grade students, contact Debbie Gevirtzman at debbie@eeexchange.org  or 520-670-1442.
